Hi, I’m Deirdre Coyne

I’m a CBT therapist, Eating Freely Certified Practitioner, and Style & Colour Consultant who helps women stop emotional eating, find their personal style, and build confidence from the inside out.

After years of working with clients struggling with emotional eating and body image, I realised that confidence isn’t just about what we eat—it’s about how we see ourselves. That’s why I combine evidence-based CBT strategies with colour and style coaching to help you feel your best every day—without dieting or weight loss pressure.

My practice is based in Holywood, just outside Belfast. We're easily accessible from Bangor, Newtownards, Comber, Carrickfergus, and Dundonald, making it convenient for clients throughout North Down and East Belfast.


Online Sessions

I also offer secure online sessions via Zoom for clients throughout Northern Ireland and beyond. These sessions provide the same level of support and guidance as in-person meetings, just from the comfort of your own home.
